When reporters arrived at Rucheng county, south city community and Longteng international hotel were on the process of construction. It was introduced by the project staffs that both the two projects would have been finished at the end of this year. From this July, “100 days’ hard work” activity was started in Rucheng county to propel the new style urbanization construction.

From 2012, Rucheng forcefully carried out the county upgrading strategy to accelerate Sanjiangkou, Daping, Reshui and other demonstration towns’ construction, which reached fruitful results on this construction. It was highly appraised by the whole Chenzhou citizens for its successful undertaking of onsite conference on propelling new style urbanization construction & demonstration town construction (Rucheng).

In order to build the new towns which are suitable for business, living, travel and settlement, Rucheng county aggressively carried out the “100 days hard work” project to push Rucheng’s new urbanization construction to a new peak. According to the plan, there was 5.058 billion yuan invested on 44 key urbanization projects. Prior to the end of October, 403 million yuan would be fulfilled; 588 involved the relocation of farmers 100% signed an agreement; the main body construction for south city community, court comprehensive judgment building and social security center should be completed; Rucheng road, Luyang road, square lidu and some other projects should be accelerated to meet the time schedule well, and some preliminary working on key projects should be well operated. Now, following the planned requirements, everything is well undertaken.
